Women’s lives are guided by cycles, everything from our monthly cycle to the cycle of puberty, fertility and menopause. We are guided by these cycles which attune us to the natural world. Ayurvedic medicine describes women as the embodiment of the creative cosmic energy. To be able to fully embody our creative energy we have to feel good and give ourselves the proper support and self care. In this workshop we will cover self care tools and healing foods that promote self love . Learn to fully embrace your body mind and spirit with nurturing Ayurvedic tools . We will go over the three major shifts for Women ; puberty, fertility and menopause. No matter where you are in your personal life this workshop will support all women.

Partner's Thai Massage Workshop

Learn to give your partner or friend a relaxing Thai Yoga Massage. This foundational workshop is designed for each participant to learn how to give a 45 minute massage to their partner, incorporating stretching, compression and pressure points.
Thai massage was developed by Buddhist monks in Thailand as a healing modality 2,500 years ago. Thai massage uses passive stretching and gentle pressure along the body's energy lines to increase flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension, and balance the body's energy systems.
It is both deeply relaxing and energizing. Thai massage takes place on a futon mat on the floor, and you wear loose fitting clothing.
