Lorraine is a certified massage therapist. She studied for a year at Heartwood Institute in 2000. In 2001, she returned for another year as an assistant teacher and taught Swedish Massage and Anatomy to the work exchange students.
Before massage, she was a Kripalu yoga instructor and a Phoenix Rising yoga therapist. She lived, taught, and practiced in Eugene, Oregon. While teaching yoga, she created her own style of a yoga-dance-movement Class. It was well received by the yoga community.
Lorraine is very passionate about massage and life in general. She loves to study and understand the bodies mechanisms and how to relieve stress and soreness from the muscles. Her unique style of massage blends her academic studies with her intuition to create a wholesome therapeutic massage experience.
