I’ve always felt drawn to helping people. My journey to ​becoming a healer started with massage school in ​2010, which felt rewarding. After working in the field ​for several years, I felt something new needed to be ​incorporated into my practice to help me find fresh,

innovative ways to address clients’ needs. This brought me to Reiki, a form of ​energy healing, which amplified my ability to intuit client concerns, find trouble ​zones, and bring multi-layered healing to those on my table. Soon after, ​Ayurveda, a holistic Indian medicine system, peaked my interest. I spent the ​next 4 years learning and putting my new knowledge into direct client care. ​Learning how natural elements interact in the body and how they present ​themselves when in or out of balance, provided a deeper understanding of the ​layers and complexity of the human body. Some years later, I completed my ​undergrad and graduate degrees in Kinesiology, where anatomy and ​physiology were some of my favorite topics. Merging my eastern and western ​knowledge into a holistic and highly customized approach to my clients needs ​is how I achieve the best results I possibly can for each of them. Of course, my ​work is not complete without the client’s participation in self-care to carry on ​our work form each session for lasting benefits.

She is a Humboldt County local that has been in love with wellness and skincare her entire life. She understands that life can be stressful but realistic skincare doesn’t have to be!

David is a ten year Massage Therapist that has vast knowledge of Eastern and Western modalities. He has knowledge of Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, hot stone ,and stretch therapy.

David’s Eastern style includes Shiatsu, Thai, Jin Shin, energy, rocking and shaking, Acupressure, potent point therapy, and range of motion.

He specializes in sciatica relief and has introduction for chronic headache and migraine control.

David is a therapist that seeks an opportunity to help people destress from the world. He invites the person laying on the table to a world of relaxation on a journey to inner peace.

With over 15 years of experience, Jennifer Fillmore has dedicated herself to the practice of Massage Therapy and Energetic Modalities. As a Clairvoyant and Energetic Channel, she offers a range of services, including Massage Therapy,  Fascia Work, Cranial Sacral, Lymphatic Massage, Energy work and Emotional Repatterning Sessions with Intuitive Chakra Scans.

Clients value not only her skilled touch but also the intuition that accompanies it. This combination promotes relaxation of the nervous system, inducing a healing state. Jennifer directs her bodywork to the specific areas and issues that need attention, aiding in the release of chronic tension and old energetic and emotional patternings. These sessions assist in opening pathways to higher states of being in the body, mind, and spirit.

Sessions are deeply relaxing and may include hot towels, hot stones and gentle cupping techniques to increase lymphatic flow and are tailored to individual preferences and needs.

What Lucia loves most about doing skin care is that she gets to help clients look and feel at their best. She has had a life long love of skin care and all that goes into putting our best face forward. Her areas of special interest include treatments and products to promote youthful skin.

healing and well-being through a variety of techniques. Specializing in therapeutic massage,

Swedish, deep tissue, Lomi Lomi, Reiki, and neuromuscular therapy, I strive to create a

personalized experience for each client, addressing their unique needs and goals.

My approach integrates different modalities, allowing me to provide effective relief from

tension, pain, and stress. I believe in the power of touch and energy work, and I am committed to

creating a nurturing and safe environment for every session.

Vanesa’s goal is that each person on her table feels safe to receive the healing they need, and that they rise feeling more ease and vitality in their mind, body and spirit. Massage sessions with her draw upon and integrate the varied healing modalities she has studied, as well as her 14 years of prior experience as a trauma-informed mental health professional and educator. Her massage practice is based in Hot Stone Lomi Lomi, Hawaiian massage with hot lava stones. She loves the deeply relaxing, elemental experience of the hot stones combined with slow, flowing strokes and ocean-like rhythmic breathing of Lomi. She weaves together techniques from Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Hot Towel therapy with Aromatherapy, Breathwork, Sound Therapy and Reiki to create deeply nourishing and therapeutic sessions that effortlessly ease her clients into a wholehearted state of bliss. Her sessions can incorporate gentle Sound Healings upon request with Rose Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Ocean Drum and Rainstick to elevate the spirit and seal each experience in a vibration of serenity.

Sarah coordinates scheduling appointments at Essential Elements. A former Dental Assistant for 10 years, she loves to help people find ways in taking the initiative in their preventive health.

Antonio has an BA degree in general Math from Cal Poly Humboldt and is an active member for his Pomo tribe.

Sarah has an AS degree in Dental Science from College of the Redwoods. She has a BS Business degree with an emphasis in Marketing from Cal Poly Humboldt. She is a Certified Soul Purpose Coach from the Dharma Coaching Institute and a Certified Organic Skincare Formulator from the online science school Formula Botanica. She graduated from Frederick and Charles Beauty College earlier this year and is a newly licensed Esthetician. She is continuing her education and training in facial and body care services to enhance existing and create new experiences for Essential Element's clients.

With just over two decades in the spa industry — working not only in spas, but in environments from medicinal offices and corporate wellness centers to residential holistic programs and yoga in schools — Stephanie Graber has helped a plethora of people navigate their wellness journeys. Being a longtime health advocate, as Stephanie built relationships with clients, she always made an effort to refer people to holistic practitioners she knew could assist with their healing, so they could get back to living a life they love: one that’s healthy, and free of stress and pain.

When Stephanie moved to Humboldt County in 2010, she decided to start a business completely focused on wellness. Her dream? One door, with a team of holistic practitioners who offer various services to support clients. This is how Essential Elements Spa was created — with a mission to inspire and serve the community through spa and wellness programs that educate and support clients in their lifestyle goals.

It is with pleasure and excitement that she has recently decided to surrender to the flow and go where universe takes her and that has led her to Bend, Oregon to be near family and see her daughter flourish in a new place.
